Kaizen. It is the Japanese concept for improvement. The idea is that by focusing on improving a process by our attention to detail, and being present, we are also changing. This philosophy is part of our company ethos. Rewriting the rules from time-to-time, experimenting with strategy, monitoring results, growing as professionals, and pushing boundaries inspires us. Our hope is that it also inspires the people that we work with.
