The owners properties were located in the Downtown West Neighborhood of Minneapolis within the Historic Warehouse District. Each building was over 100 years old which were renovated throughout the 80’s-90’s and had served as the headquarters for a creative firm.

In 2012 we were hired as the owner’s exclusive listing agent and subsequently developed and launched a marketing program that utilized our market knowledge and professional experience which yielded a qualified investor that closed on the property within sixty (60) days.
